If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in the Algarve then there is very little that Monte da Quinta Club doesn’t have to offer. This is a resort for people who want a holiday that is relaxing, but with plenty to do. With so much luxury within the Monte da Quinta Club’s private estate, which is called Quinta da Lago, you will find everything you need for a truly wonderful holiday, whether you are travelling on your own, as a couple, or with the whole family.
Perfect for Golfers
Whether you just want to play now and again or want to base your entire holiday around golfing, the Algarve is a top notch golfing destination and the Monte da Quinta club is within ten kilometres of four fantastic golf courses. Three of them are within the Quinta da Lago grounds themselves. Children are welcome to play on these courses too, but are required to have a handicap and be supervised at all times, so no need to worry that your game will be ruined by kids who aren’t taking it seriously! The golf courses are open all year round, so whenever you manage to get away to the Monte da Quinta Club you will be able to enjoy the world class golf facilities.
Even More Sport
If a holiday for you doesn’t include a break from your fitness regime, you will be pleased to know that the Monte da Quinta Club is equipped with a top glass gym. The gym has all the latest cardio and resistance equipment as well as a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The gym is also an adults only space, so it can be a great place to let off steam while the kids take advantage of the many other things to do. The resort has three pools, as well. One specifically for children and an indoor and outdoor full size pool.
You will also have the use of a fully equipped tennis club, which has all the equipment hire you’ll need and where you can book lessons if you fancy using your holiday as a chance to improve your game.
Rest and Relaxation
The Monte da Quinta Club has a full spa centre, where you can have relaxation and beauty treatments by appointment. As well as plenty of different types of massage, you can have reflexology and reiki sessions here, and even physiotherapy.
Eating and Drinking
Whilst the Monte da Quinta Club is a self-catering resort, if you want a break from preparing your own food or venturing out to restaurants there are two on site restaurants, both with spectacular views. One of these, The Trattoria, offers a take away menu as well, should you wish to eat in your own beautiful accommodation.
For children ages 6-12 during the main holiday season (March to October) there is a kids club where your children can have fun and be active while you have some much needed time to yourself.
The Monte da Quinta Club resort offers all of the ingredients needed for a great holiday, with plenty to do onsite and superb accommodation. Whether you are a serious golf enthusiast, or you just want somewhere your kids will be entertained while you relax by the pool or at the spa, Monte da Quinta Club will take great care of you.
